Conferencing Facilities
NIPAM
provides state of the art conferencing facilities with capacity of hosting
almost 400 guests. We cater for corporate functions such as conferences, trainings,
workshops, corporate special events, seminars, annual general meetings and related
activities.
Our
facilities are located in the outskirts
of the City of Windhoek, offering a cool and quiet environment best suitable for professional functions. The
conferencing spaces are multi-purpose areas suited to creative activities and
as such are generally hired as empty rooms convenient to tailor make for any
type of event. The safety of our clients is principal to us and to ensure that
the events of our clients runs smoothly we provide stand by friendly and
professional personnel to oversee the occasions.
As
part of our package we also provide equipment’s such as, build in projectors,
screens, computers, micro-phones, free wify, and well equipped air conditioners
while guaranteeing safe and convenient parking space for clients and visitors.
The
Manager for Estate and Supply Chain, Ms. Victoria Shikudule and team are always
ready to assist and advice clients when planning for their events. As a value
added service, NIPAM also offers mouth-watering catering facilities consisting
of buffets, and a variety of dishes on our standing menu and a cocktail bar available
upon request.
